Irish Soda Bread Recipe

Dry Ingredients:

4 cups flour, 1 ½ cups sugar, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1.2 tsp. salt, 1 box raisins, 2 tsp caraway seeds

Wet Ingredients:

1 cup milk, 1 pint or 2 cups sour cream, 3 eggs, 1/4lb butter

 

Mix all dry in a bowl – in blender mix milk, sour cream, butter, and eggs.  Pour wet into dry ingredients and mix until all is moist. Pour into a greased bundt pan or three small loaf pans.

 

Bake at 375 F for one hour
